Terrible Culture for Store Level Employees

The most useful review selected by IndeedWork hard, little pay - expectations too high. Management overworked, employees get 4-10 hours a week. Either you have no life/work balance or you have to work other jobs to support yourself. They say generous discount, most of the time, you get a better deal as a customer with a coupon.
Store management is awesome, dedicated and truly love what they do, DM and RVP both don't understand people, they are rude and motivate by punishment. Extra mandatory conference calls(even on your days off) which is fine if you are a store not performing, but it is everyone. You have to push their credit card and quess what? Making a 100% to your goal in credit is not good enough, expectation is 120% to goal.
I would not recommend this company if you live on the east coast. Company does do A lot of charitable events, which is totally awesome!!
