Conservative environment that is changing
A typical day for me would involve coaching people leaders to ensure that they are role-modelling ASB's preferred leadership behaviours. Often this would be in the context of a sales or service team.
The hardest part about the job is that this was often viewed as a 'nice to have' due to leaders and teams being under pressure meet targets, put out fires, etc.
There are parts of the bank that makes it feel like a family and there are parts of the bank where people are more interested in satisfying their own ego.
