Manager leaves to go home early instead of training you so you are left on your own for the rest of your shift with another person who only just started = recipe for disaster. It’s so stressful being yelled at and customers being unhappy because you don’t know what you are doing and there is no one around to assist you when you get stuck. I have to tell customers to drive to another bp instead because I don’t know what I am doing. People above the manager don’t seem to care either as they are her friends. Really sad actually.
