They will explain the role including, the hours and responsibilities associated with it.You will be seated across from he or she and they will ask you questions in which they will write down your answers on a piece of paper.Some of the questions asked may include: tell me about yourself? what kind of experience do you have? what is your availability? do you have reliable?transport/license? what will your references say?After that portion is done, the interviewer will ask if you have any questions for them and then they will tell you the next part of interview stage and if you are successful once the references had been contacted then you will be moved into employment.
