Once you get through training and get some experience, this is a fairly easy job. It does require patience at times and customer service skills are important. You will have down time between calls and you can read, do crosswords, etc. It is very rewarding to know that you are helping deaf, hearing impaired or speech impaired individuals in making phone calls - what is a simple task/ability that the rest of us take for granted.
