Over the 5 years of working accros all counters at david jones ive had to resign . Management are bizarre and unapproachable. The job is trying to scam people into signing up for a credit card they cannot afford disguised as customer service. Do not go into this rabbit hole unless you want to become mentally ill

Doing Make overs, providing skincare consultation and demonstrating products on customers. Constantly provides with product knowledge on new products. Management is very approachable and understanding in all aspects of work. Hardest part of this job is to make budget when business is slow during the cold winter months. The most enjoyable part of this job is when I have great customer feed back from a very satisfied and happy customer and having such great colleagues to work with.
