When I was working there , there was always a problem with something , I was always doing something wrong it seemed that they had favorites there , like if you where new they don’t like you.
management is all over the place. this is the single most disorganized business ive ever seen in my life. the turnover rate is so high because they have yet to get it together. new hires may not even be able to be trained because there's never any time to spare as each employee does the work of 5 employees. on my first day almost everyone i met told me that i am going to end up quitting and every single person seemed to hate their job. stay far away from this place. the measly scraps they throw your way are not even worth it.
Good place and good people to work with, really enjoyed my time,w are free to open up our opinion and to be heard, everything and all like benefits was good,we can have a flexible day offs, all the management were excellent. Also good thing working in this company is you have a big chance to be able to improve yourself from being a member to become a leader.
When u get hired they don't tell u it could get slow and that whomever work there the longest will get there hours which is not fair so there have not been any full time hours and that forces you to use your unemployment and be behind in ur bills I am very upset at how the mamagement is doing things I have not had full time hours since December
It's a very good place to work even though the job is very exhausting to work sometimes. The management is very excellent. The hardest part of the job was having to finish 18 rooms bedroom the deadline. The most enjoyable part of the job is the food😁
i really like work there because it was a good place and the people where very nice to me very day that i work there. the other work treated me with very good menders.
Double Tree is an awesome and very professional place of employment. There is a lot of motivational and respectful people who care about success.
Many times I couldn't wait to get to work each day at Double Tree. Co-workers who were employed we're good team members. Respect for the workplace was high on their priority list.
Great bosses and clean an safe work environment.
None that I can think of.
When I worked here I was house keeping. They allowed employees to stay on property and I had gotten two of their rooms, one shredded the pillows and blankets and tore the mirror off the wall. The other one the lady literally took a number 2 on the floor and smeared it on the toilet and wall. I got written up for “taking too long cleaning those rooms”
My review for them is not good considering what people pay to stay at their hotels but then again that could be other people's attitudes because cleaning or house keeping is behind the scenes not at the forefront so people can do what they want or the saff can boss you around and sometimes there wasn't enough clean if clean if to do our work
