I enjoyed working here for the most part the pay was too low as the work load was very strenuous, and management did not have a reality of this. However they did provide free lunch

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Former Employee) –  Denver, CO25 October 2019
Pushed me to become the best I could at my job and helped me move up to a larger property that opened later on. Hilton really cares about your work life balance and ensures that you are getting the job done while also taking care of yourself.

Awful experience. Not what was sold at the interview. Some management and owners are bullies. Others just turn a blind eye. Shocking atmosphere and rude owners.

Maintenance Engineer III (Current Employee) –  New York, NY25 October 2019
Building was constructed with lots of compromises.
No service elevator
No enough space for staff
No easy access for staff entry or exit
The no of rooms are way higher than compared to elevator for the guest

Worst place I've ever worked
Assistant Night Manager (Former Employee) –  Southampton, Hampshire24 October 2019
As a night team member I was never included in any team building activities felt like the forgotten department that everyone came to to fix there issues.

Salary was deducted for no reason and overtime wasn't paid even for working Christmas & new years, worked every weekend while department heads and GM had every weekend off. Even after leaving I'm still waiting for my final pay but have been ignored every step of the way.

Be prepared to loose your life and never see your children.

Housekeeping Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FL23 October 2019
A very difficult place to work. A lot of promises, but things never change. Rethink if you can find another job. usually bigger hotels and short-staffed.

EXECUTIVE EVENTS ASSISTANT (Former Employee) –  Kingston upon Hull23 October 2019
The hospitality team - LEAF are the worst to work for. all they care about is making money. The do not look after their employees at all. the Manager is a bully and only does things to make himself look good. Not a nice company to work for at all. THIS IS THE DOUBLETREE IN HULL.

Banquet Server - Captain (Current Employee) –  Reading, PA21 October 2019
The job is not difficult however, it involves a lot of running around and standing on your feet. The hours can vary from morning and night, so the hours are not anywhere near stable.
Pros
Free lunch, great friends, welcoming
Cons
Don't always get a break, could work longer than scheduled shift

Banquet Captain / Restaurant Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Cedar Rapids, IA21 October 2019
Very Disappointed with the managers ability to protect employees from hostel threatening coworkers, and hr's inability to handle racial relations or see the truth from fiction. The whole do the right thing,no matter what race you are dealing with seems to allude this system. Insanely incompetent HR Dept. The crazies are running this insane asylum .....

Breakfast Server (Former Employee) –  Virginia Beach, VA18 October 2019
The F&B director during my tenure there had a terrible temper and zero stress management skills. Everyone walks around miserable and on egg shells hoping to not enrage him. Also the tips are garbage most days. Somedays you will do a ton of setup and break down and walk with $30.
