Being in hospitality takes a certain character and I believe all my coworkers and managers fit that criteria. They are all amazing at their job and go above and beyond to make sure the guests deserve more than what they expect. With that being said, it also has a lot of weight to be an employee at this company. You see good examples of what the company really stands for in hospitality, but it is big shoes to fill. I love working and interacting with all the guests. This is not an easy job, especially with complaining guests, but that's why I say you need to have a certain personality to be able to work in hotels.
One free meal, overtime for hourly workers, health and dental insurance, free life insurance, hotel discounts
Lack of staff at the front desk, overworked when working by yourself, lack of communication between departments
