Unprofessional and poor management. This double tree cares nothing about it’s new employees. Favoritism, and prejudice supervisors and manager. It some of the most unsanitary places I’ve worked in.

setting up ballroom for events. I learned that this job can be a hit or miss depending on how management are feeling. hardest part of the job was cleaning up after parties. the most enjoying part was the benefits.

Great place to work. biggest issue with this hotel is the condition of the building. renovations needed. the GM is great the people are awesome! or at least they were when i was there. the management company was great with offering opportunities for advancement and learning opportunities. I love working there however i was offered a opportunity i could not refuse...or so i thought.

Great job culture. interacting with all different types of guest. Being able to maintain composer in fast pace environments,.The most enjoyable part of the job is when the guest are overly satisfied with the service and come back and refer others as well.

It's nice working wit my coworkers, some any way. The tips are good when other coworkers ain't stealing them before I get to the rooms first, and my first week starting their a coworker steal money out my purse and nothing never happen to him until he steal out of a guests purse and she caught him

Lunch is good, but needs to be more healthier.
Cons
Breaks should be 1hour long, healthcare eligible should be provided of all kind after the 90 days probation

Enjoyed my time there, Hotel was old but the people and co workers were good to work with. Hotel needs a lot of renovation to be brought up to Hilton Standards

Responsible for maintaining capacity on weekdays therefore a typical day includes soliciting new business and maintaining existing accounts. Both are accomplished by outside sales calls, telephone follow up calls, and email correspondences. The position also requires in-house guests to be taken care of by sending amenities, welcome notes, surveys and meet and greets upon arrival. The overall goal is to maintain a competitive occupancy compared to the competition and having an understanding of what business is in the competition is an essential part of the job as well.
