Good Hilton product.
General Manager (Former Employee) –  Rosemead, CA3 January 2017
Lots to do with completion of new tower including guest rooms, new registration area, new ballroom, new lobby and new lounge. Challenging to meet all of Hilton requirements while operating the hotel during the addition. Also somewhat challenging to meet all of the City of Rosemead requirements.
Pros
Exciting challenges while putting a new face on the hotel.
Cons
Obtaining city approvals that were not all done prior to the renovation.

Excellent introduction to the hospitality industry
Guest Service Agent (Current Employee) –  Rosemead, CA15 November 2016
It is a great place to star anyone's career. The job will allow you to interact with many guests, vendors and many other coworkers/employees that will contribute to your professional and personal growth. Unfortunately like in many other jobs within the hospitality industry the expectations and responsibilities are really high in comparisons to the benefits/opportunists.
Pros
Free meals, discounted rate for employees
Cons
under staff, high employee turn around

Good Hotel to work with, great family owned
Office Manager (Former Employee) –  Rosemead, CA8 June 2015
Being HR Manager first thing on agenda was to greet all guest and employees in hotel to make sure the culture of the hotel was happy and no problems exist. HR makes you patient and kind co workers not always see the way a HR manager see things. HR has to make sure everyone is being politically correct in all facets. Hardest part of job would be to make sure that the business stays compliant with business codes and policies. The most enjoyable part is making sure everyone loves there job.
Pros
Working directly with employees
