I usually worked pm from 3-11pm. I liked a lot of the clientele that came in and most of the people we worked for or with. Most people are very team oriented but there is always room for improvement. Overall, my experience here was a positive one and I will miss many of my co-workers.
Benefits, consistency of schedule
Lack of flexibility for full time employees with consideration to life events
The hotel consists of 188 suites. The rooms are always immaculate and this is backed by the guest's great reviews. With such a small staff and the fact that they retain talent results in low turnover. There is little to know advancement since employees appreciate and stay with the property.
Small staff makes you feel like you belong.
Low turnover at the Front Office. No momentum to advance. Low pay rates compared to Downtown Hotels.
