Long hours but worth it! - I learned to work well in a team environment - Management was fair - Diverse workplace culture which is a plus - Being away from home for long periods is the down side to this kind of work - Socializing and using the recreational facilities was on the up side to the job on the mine

Great team and good fellas, Management always busy. Otherwise good when they leave you to get on with it, Toolbox meetings,, go on and on for 3 and 4 hours

Driver class 2 Mower operator. (Current Employee) - Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
Always under pressure to do the work and meet deadlines. A thankless job. Very few compliments for hard work done. Wages are minimal. Training is minimal. Career advancement is nil.

PPE Gear provided
Cons
Hard work for little rewards, low pay.
