Visa checks are made during the application process and by law, if you do not have a current work visa any employer in accordance with legislation, you would not be hired. In concern to criminal background vetting, this will take place depending on the level of offending and to the employers discretion. i hope that answered your question.

Due to the fact that EastPack (Central Sites) have an enormous amount of applicants and are interviewed over a 2 week period, sometimes in groups but its more-so how you present yourself, your vibe and how well you may fit with other staff. Cv and experience are also considered. not a formal event at all. i hope that answers your question
