Super bad experience after the new management.
Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Regina, SK9 February 2020
Salary is not enough for the amount of work that needs to be done. Management didn't have any idea how to actually manage things. A lot of On-site politics

Great company with even greater people
Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Rancho Cucamonga, CA15 January 2020
I worked here as a service agent and loved the work! The people I got to work with are really what made it the experience it was. So many great employees and managers! Yes, some people can be hard to work with, but thats no mater where you go. The company could definitely do something to change the work environment for the MTs, they always seemed overworked and stressed out lol Still they always put on a smile. The pay and benefits were amazing, and the management was very supportive and helpful!
Pros
great hours, benefits, great employees
Cons
long hours, no room for advancement

Lot’s of freedom
Service Agent (Former Employee) –  The Colony, TX12 January 2020
Can be stressful but compared to the post office this is the most awesome job to have because they offer full benefits and 401k after 90 days. The post office takes 10+ years to even get you where you need to be in life and the work load is too much for a day time line.
Pros
Freedom. Do your job and go home
Cons
Stagnant pay

Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Wallingford, CT10 January 2020
If you enjoy working long hours and getting out at 6 p.m. everyday this is the job for you but if you working as a service agent it takes a while for you to to get a raise I've been working there for 5 years and I left making 1160 an hour and I started at 960 a hour they asked you to do a lot way above your job description
Pros
Good benefits
Cons
Long hours you do a lot of work for a little pay

Milwaukee rats play
Service agent (Former Employee) –  Milwaukee County, WI29 December 2019
The parent company has all these nice rules and benefits BUT NO CONTROL over the Milwaukee area rats who lie, cheat, and steal to get promoted. Defend yourselves no one has your back, but God. Milwaukee is a hub of human trafficking. Branch managers were denying hourly employees of benefits which made their branches more profitable. Outside work, cold, hot, wet, etc but better than in the office with syaff
Pros
You get paid
Cons
It's a hub of human trafficking.

Just not a good job
Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Oregon21 December 2019
Pay is pathetic. Only a job for teenagers. Office employees are completely incompetent, they have a college degree and make 15/hr for gods sake. That tells you all you need to know. The only way I subjest this job is IF you’ll work at a Very small location. Any decent size branch you will never catch up it’s just stress and constant non stop physical work for minimum wage. Not to mention you put a year of hard they don’t even do your review just keep paying you poverty wages. Pathetic

Cons
Minimum wage, horrible management

Hourly raises are minuscule.
Senior Customer Assistance Representative (Current Employee) –  St. Louis, MO14 December 2019
Overall I enjoy my position with this company. There isn’t much room for growth in my position and the yearly evaluations for raises leave much to be desired. The very most you can get is an additional thirty five cents an hour, once a year, and that is if you are FANTASTIC at your job. It’s kind of insulting. But a raise is a raise. The benefits package is pretty good and so is the PTO. It depends on what your priorities are.

Good for retirees or students
Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Hamilton, ON25 November 2019
Being a service agent is a good job but don't expect to make much more than minimum wage. Hours were very flexible depending on your manager at the time and the work is easy. Everyday is different. There are super slow days and super busy days but it evens out. Lunch was provided every Friday and bonuses were given out if the customer service goal was hit.

You will live at Enterprise
Service Agent / Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Clarksville, TN12 November 2019
I love the benefits the company offer you. However, you will be worked as if you were a slave. The salary compensation does not compare to how many hours you work. They should start all Manger Trainees with 55k at least.

This is only for a starting out type of job if you are still in school this is not the type of job you keep because there is no room for any advancement. Very cut and dry they will cut your hours if they feel you are getting to much overtime.
