Good Place to Work
Management is too slow and not supportive. However, the work is good. You get to learn a lot of new skills.
I have learned a lot in the beginning, but later they ask juniors to focus on support rather than the development. However, for me I did both. I got a chance to give presentations, lead teams, provide client support, managed group and cultural activities.
In short if you have an urge to learn then you can learn a lot, despite of the poor management. The leaders and managers focus more on asking for money for the quarterly parties. Also, they take an interest in your personal life as well. However, you are the one who can ignore and focus on your work, as it is your bread and butter.
