My day consists of helping my clients research, plan and book their travel . I have also sold Insurance along with travel for over 17 years, as well as help with Visa issuance. We are also in charge of our own accounting for our clients. I have an large repeat client basis that I contribute to my customer service and care for my clients, some of which have become friends and who refer others to me for their travel.

The pay is not great and work life balance is not good.
I had an amazing team, all young straight out of university of high school.
However the stress behind the job in terms of commission and working in a store that wasn't profitable due to its location made this job financial gains not worth the stress. Since we only make 10% of our commission before tax.
