Working here at Fresh Direct can be stressful.
It is busy all day with daily task to complete.

Arranging flowers product and grooming them on to shop floor display can be a challenging process but rewarding.

Just can be tiring and repetitive each day doing the routine task but overall experience is you are learning new skills, and looking at products that makes you happy and refreshing.

I Loved working for Fresh Direct. Surrounded by beautiful flowers and wonderful people. Visiting different supermarkets and setting up their Flower displays.

A job is a job at the end of the day. Not every job is perfect. The people there are okay i guess. Some are nasty and some are cool. But that comes with every job. Never learnt much as you have people putting you down even before you get a chance to give it ago. Then there are some who also pick you up from the negativity. The hardest part of the job was everyone working together as a team. The part i enjoyed about the job was the job itself not the people. The job was good if you put your mind to it and pushed all negativity away.
Pros
Having money every fortnight
Cons
Long hours and fortnightly pay

A 7am start.

Every day is never the same it is full of ups and downs so make the most of the good things like when everything falls into place and runs smoothly rare but on occasions does happen. Be cheerful bright and happy it makes a good atmosphere. Say good morning and have a good day to your co workers, management and public.

The hardest part of the job is the weather those gusty winds and pouring rain as you go to and throw about your business.

The most enjoyable part of the day is seeing the results you have achieved a great looking show for the staff and public also in helping the customer achieve their goals in chooseing products that make them smile and feel good about themselves and others.
Pros
the display you arrange for everyones enjoyment and pleasant atmosphere created., the weekly goals you have created and how well you have achieved when meeting or surpassing goals.
Cons
being dissapointed when let down by not being supplying or completely messing up your deliveries.
