You got to put in the hard work to be noticed. Can take up to a year to get permanent less if you can shine brighter than the others. Have many temps come and go but over all people are nice site wide the big man himself William and John Gallagher like to come into factory just to say hello and see how we are. Always growing not just in numbers but innovative as well.
