great place to work
I worked as a delivery driver- retired now. 401k worth $250,000 and a pension payable at age 65 of $1300+ per month. When I started I was making $9.50 per hour, when I left I was making over $25 per hour. I had awesome medical, dental and vision benefits. We had 10 paid days off per year and we had 4 sick days per year. If you didn't use sick days you would get a check in mid January for your unused time. (It was like a whole week of pay for free!) 2 weeks vacation years 1-5, then 3 weeks until 10 years, then 4 weeks after. College prepayment from one class through masters degree. Don't owe anything back to Colgate unless you let your final class grade drop below a "C." Bonuses were awesome. up to 15% of your quarterly gross income. Often made $2,000 plus bonuses which you could leave in your 401k! Supervisory staff was goof. 4 day work week, 40-46 hrs per week, usually 15-27 stops daily. Less stops meant more driving time. Home nightly, unless you get a overnight route. Overall great place to work.
