Not setup to succeed, conflicting management, rotational shifts that prevent you from achieving your role, everyone has a diff story for the same thing, fairly haphazard place that flys by the seat of its pants and an oily rag

Kmart was mostly enjoyable, but also very stressful at peak trading times. I loved the teams I worked with and got to meet some amazing people on my journey through Kmart. Salary was what you would expect for a high volume, fast paced retailer.

Working at K-Mart is physically demanding job but that hardly becomes a problem because the working environment is fun and the employees are welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone who was interested in working at K-Mart to work there as every aspect of the job is both enjoyable and rewarding.
Pros
The people who work there with you
Cons
Long hours
