NZ operations are there to prop up the Australian bank balance. Massive cost saving exercises. Sales side is glorified, while service side goes almost unrecognised.

Productive and Enjoyable

Everyday was basically the same, but the people i worked with made working more enjoyable, i was in charge of booking appointments and scheduling couriers as well as taking a numerous amount of calls on the hour. but overall working at Konica was fun and i never had a boring day.

The place I learned about the professional Kiwi culture

I really thankful to the company as they have offered me the opportunity to do my internship. The company provided me everything that I wanted and which helped me a lot to do the work better and effectively. Further, this ios the place I love most in New Zealand.

Productive but very old fashioned

A good place to work but very old fashioned in its processes. Management is good and know what they are talking about but instill a quiet culture in the work place that cause employees to be suspicious of each other. Hardest part of the job is using the dated software packages and antiquated methods, most enjoyable part is having the opportunity to work within a new environment and job role.
