Great pay. Company did many acquisitions and were not fair to the employees that were acquired. Large buying of company s. Many office closures that were stressful and mad a lot of people lose their jobs.

property claims

Company has gone virtual,so you will handle your own property claims and desk adjust the rest of the country.They have become obsessed with customer service and the employee comes last. The norm is based on exceeding goals just to get a minimul raise.You have to work 50 plus hours just to meet goals.If you value work life balance this is not the company for you.
