The grocery channel one time was led by a phenomenal group of folks,It is sad to see how far down this organization has fallen. Leadership preaches the five principles but do not live by them. There was a reorg, in 2017/18. Grocery was then led by a GVH. SMH, this individual should not be in management. He has his RM micromanage the teams, GVH belittles associates in public and shows favoritism, Your asked for feedback but only as long you don;t say what's wrong. Any issues are always placed on TSMs,
Your treated like a child but expected to work like a machine. If you are disliked but your numbers are solid, they will dig deep in hopes of finding dirt on you.There is absolutely no diversity what so ever,
Unless you kiss GVH butt or any of the other so called line managers.
There is only one original RM who is gold. And one other newer RM in NE that are decent.
Pay is great, Management is a joke. A few of is went to work for competitors who value you and allow you to do what you need to be successful.
