Fast paced and young environment.
As a crew member, you will normally begin your career as a 'meat batcher' if you're a dude or serving drinks etc if you're a female. As your time progresses you will begin to have experience on 'the line', assembling the burgers. The management is ok, typically they are very young and lack the best people skills and are more stressed about their own performance than how they treat their staff. Bad pay and long hours
Pay is minimum wage, with small increases if you are a Crew trainer. hours can be 10 or so into the night. You get 50% off the favourite range and a free small soft drink. Not worth it at all. Cleaner in Pukekohe

Understaffed
Bad management always understaffed and the managers always felt lazy and passed on work to anyone even if they're busy. It takes more than 2.5 hours to get a single breakCrew Member in Kelston, Auckland

Stressful
This job i recommend ONLY for high school students, first timers etc. Its extremely easy to get a job here but i wouldnt recommend it for someone whos looking to move up further in their job. Its very stressful as any other fast food job but if youre looking for experience or something to put on your cv then this job is for you. But even then, i wouldnt recommend this as a first time job. The managers are always stressed out from trying to meet expectations for drive through, its hot, customers are rude. What would you say about your employer?
