Do you guys do meetings before work or after? does your manager inform you with what's going on?

  • no, we don't have any meetings. there is a huge lack of communication.

  • We have stat team meetings

  • Yes we get sent information about new things we will be advertising and selling for our customers. Our meetings are normally when we are on break or when we're not working

  • No. There are no meetings or discussions with the crew, ever. You are often left in the dark about promotions etc and just told to go to the crew website.

  • Our managers will always fill in all crew members or supervisors if needed after a meeting.

  • Always after and usually a one on one talk so that we can continue the work

  • We get informed about things like promotions before or when they come out. we also get informed of any complaints by our managers usually in a small group or individually as it is usually very busy to hold a full meeting especially since it is open 24 hours
