No training at any point, your on your own
No got trained but only a short shift
Before hand, you work your induction days which are three consecutive days with approximately three hours each. After these training days, you’ll experience a full shift. However, induction days are during the busiest times which helps you experience the full intensity of the environment.
We had training, no longer than 4 hours. We only worked 3 days a week of training so only 12 hours
Yes you do a work induction. You just learn grill and chicken products, maybe initiating if you're lucky. (Putting down buns in toaster or steamer). Also assembling (Making burgers)
You clock in and clock out for break just like a regular shift.
They do not train you on breakfast menu. (They should include that in training also, so employees are competent with menu)
My first day, there was a trainer to teach me the basics and answer any question I had. The other employees were also welcoming and helpful.
I worked a full shift however I did not get any training on my first day.
I was taught some basic things and was closely monitored but after a while when I felt more confident they trusted me with the orders!.
