Hard work, sometimes very boring but feels like home
A hard working, dedicated team of good people who work well together as a team. The hardest part of the job is telling people they cannot have their conviction histories concealed because they do not meet the criteria. This is difficult because they are most often unable to get work because the employment environment disables them by discriminating - more ... against their past behaviour.
I like working there and have stayed years longer than I imagined because the people are so great, the management is strong, the leadership inspired me and my colleagues are welcoming, friendly and caring. - less
ConsI cannot help people vocationally rehabilitate, but only offer encouragement to not give up.
