The pay is just terrible for what is expected of you. Frontline managers are usually great people who have a heavy workload, BUT there is little faith in senior management and their oppressive demands, constant rounds of restructuring and strange ideas/directions are the reason for people to leaving - even people who gave their all for many years - had enough, gone! Such a waste. Senior leaders couldn't care less.
