NexRep is a business process outsourcing provider with a broad network of agents creating exceptional customer experiences through customer care, inbound sales, and outbound sales.

Our business is driven by the idea that building a network of people who live far apart can help bring us all closer together. That principle has inspired us to leverage the latest technological advances, to put humans first, to create opportunities for those so often left behind, and to empower people to live their best life.

Owing to our human-focused mission, we’ve been fortunate to attract some of the best and brightest talent from all across the country. And thanks to the efforts of our talented team, we’ve experienced staggering growth. That’s where you come in.

We have opportunities available within the NexRep Marketplace - a virtual platform where independent contractors can connect with a client to assist the client's customers with customer service or sales.

We also have employment opportunities for people looking to join our corporate team in operations, workforce management, agent acquisition, analytics, marketing, finance, education, engineering, or human resources.

There's a difference between selling and lying.

When I first started with NexRep the money was slow to earn. There is always a learning curve in any new venture. As time went on I became a top producer earning a good income. The issue I had was upselling with a script that most people don't understand what you're REALLY saying... especially hard of hearing seniors.... whose credit cards were then charged $20 to $40 per month automatically. It made me ill. As far as Management goes... they were awful. Some were just some punk kids who thought they knew it all. Having over 20 years in sales, my experience with this company was truly unprofessional, unethical and sophomoric. If you have morals and sales skills you can find a better opportunity.
