I have worked at O'Neils since 2003. To say "I have grown" is an understatement! I have worked with many amazing people and assisted so many others. I am grateful for the opportunities this role has given me to (in a small way) touch the lives of others and help them on a their career path.
The hardest part of the role has to be telling a candidate that they have been unsuccessful, or telling a client that a candidate has turned down their offer. But for me, this has always been out weighted by the win/win outcomes achieved long the way.
Good company, great staff. Typical corporate office environment. Staff all selected by professional recruiter to complement each other in the work environment. Managed by a person with an astute ability to judge people hence a great team. Travelling into city on a daily basis impinges on my home life. The time spent in the office is always a pleasure.
Hours were spread out, hour long lunches to accomodate candidates outside their own working hours
