a typical day at work would be answering calls from customers in a timely manner, and getting the desired results. Workplace culture was motivating. Hardest part of the role was meeting deadlines and dealing with difficult people. Most enjoyable part of the role was achieving results and making customers happy.

Very demanding mentally

A person working for this company has to be extremely patient as you are working with people who need constant reassurance and guidance. A lot of training is given throughout your work time. While I was working there were a lot of sleepover shifts and while doing those shifts not a lot of sleep was had on many occasions.
