If you are willing to put the time in, looking for a fast-paced, rapidly changing company, like working remote, and can truly work autonomously, it would be a good place for you. Just expect to realistically put in 60+ hours a week.
Clear communication from leadership to the field is lacking and decisions are solely based on activity metrics which are significantly flawed in many ways.
SIG Group is likely best position to be in. Mostly inbound referrals from field sales and get most attention and best marketing, implementation, client service and competitive pricing packages leading to highest chance to win business that actually starts!
