Learnt so much in the transport industry. Dealing with customers either face to face, phone conversations or emails providing a service. Work starts as soon as I've clocked in or at my desk checking emails. Transport drivers already require assistants with paperwork, manifesting from time to time will require help. Staff members of all nationalities are awesome to work and socialize with.
The hardest part of my role was leaving the team and moving on and finding a new more challenging job role.
The best part of working for PBT were the staff members. Working together as a team is awesome when brainstorming and finding solutions to meet customers demands and needs as well as building relationships with customers via phone, emails or face to face which helps PBT grow as a family.
PBT provided courses for staff members to upskill.
