Well oiled machine, looking for employees who are willing to work long hours for below market pay. A great place for those who are straight out of University, or at Director/ Partner level.

The only good thing about PwC is that it looks good on your resume and you will like your team (Hopefully) but that is the luck of the draw. Overall the company does not care about you as an individual and you are a cog in a machine to them and extremely replaceable.
Pros
Resume Builder
Cons
Everything Else

Unclear expectations and deadlines. Everything was a fire drill. Don't expect to be supported in your role. Work-life balance is non-existent. There's room for promotional opportunities if you can survive in this environment long enough.

Too much work, way understaffed. Sometimes lack of training to associates from upper mgmt. Tone from top does not care about you. Burn and churn factory.

Worst place to work at, micromanagers breathing down your neck, pay is extremely low, if you are a college graduate then go for it but other than that expect to not have a life outside work

PwC is sleeping on its past brand power. Ideals and vision are world-class, but groupthink, us vs. them, and friendship nepotism make it hard for newcomers to become part of a clique. There are a handful of exemptions to this rule. It is a machine where YOUR numbers are the only thing that matters.Vast opportunities for learning and exposure to amazing clients.
Pros
Vast opportunities for learning and exposure to amazing clients
Cons
Clique culture - only your numbers count

Bradford office. No actual on the job training given. No support from management. Quick to point out any mistake you might make but never any praise for work you have done above and beyond. Expect you to be working even when you’re not supposed to be working. Expect calls from supervisors late evenings and even weekends. More work expected to the pay scale. No one cares why your off work holiday or sick they will still call and ask about work and expect you to log on and check things for them and even if your shift has finished they will expect you too complete assignments before you leave. Not bothered if you have any out of work commitments. Last minute might expect you to work from a different location and expect a different supervisor for every different job so you will never have one actual manager to build a relationship with. You will get passed from one person to the other and if you approach a senior person you will be treated like an office minion. Don’t you dare question anything because that’s when you are never liked again.

They work you to death and make you feel stressed. It was better in the office but the work from home atmosphere is terrible. Can't get to know any of your coworkers and just work your butt off. This job is not for me.

getting onto good projects is all about who you know, and if the work you want to do isn’t selling, then you might feel as though your development is stalling. the business is 100% focused on the client and sometimes that takes away from focus on your career personally. overall wonderful place to build your career and grow as a well rounded, agile employee.
Pros
learning, good ceo, leader in employee development
Cons
development in areas of interest, pay

Elias with all the business targets that we receive, we must also attend to the Partner personal needs. There is no work life balance and certain obedient employees receive the privilege to stay in the job and get promoted.

Cons
Düşük Ücret, Yoğun Çalışma Saatleri

Generally, PwC was a pretty good place to work - I liked the other people and organizations I came into contact with, and the company tried to have engaging activities.
Pros
Flexibility and little to no micromanagement
Cons
When people leave, the company seldom hires a replacement, all responsibilities are just kept on being added on top of the remaining employees, eventually you are putting multiple additional hours and the salary does not adjust for that.

The most enjoyable part of the job borders around the excellent team spirit that existed within my group. We were all supportive of each other, with the readiness to cover additional shifts if any of our colleagues called in sick. The management was an open system, whereby all staff members have direct access to the top management, if necessary. It was a whistleblowing made-easy system. All in all, the place of work is always in compliance with health and safety regulations, which in essence makes it a good environment for customers and staff alike to interact.
Pros
Constant payrise and regular training.
Cons
Long hours

If your priority is a survival job with very limited growth options, this place is for you. The LAC only appeals if you have limited formal education. If you're professionally or career driven, steer clear of the London Acceleration Centre. Save yourself the pain and heartache of working minimum wage with a funny bunch in management.
Pros
Young people
Cons
Long hours, minimal income

The Service Delivery Center (SDC) / Acceleration Center (AC) is not the same as working at PwC in Toronto. There is a clear difference as demonstrated by the title of "specialist" compared to "associate". The type of work performed here is very admin and will not provide you with the experience you expect. There will be no client interaction, you basically perform all the work the other offices do not want to do. The work culture is very toxic with managers giving you their work while they go and chat around the office. The team expects you to work long hours and 60 hours a week yet the pay doesn't reflect the work you do. The structure of this office does not provide many opportunities for growth. Promotion is based on favoritism and the culture is highly political. I only recommend you working here for the "PwC" name however if you want a real career this is not the place.
Pros
Free Lunches occasionally
Cons
Long hours, poor management, no growth

If you choose to work here, take the time to research what you are getting yourself into. If you have anxiety issues or do not have a strong support system it can potentially be an emotionally traumatic experience.
Pros
Brand name, work experience for CPA license
Cons
Little to no on-the-job training, high pressure and intense environment, unreasonable expectations, ridiculously long hours, unsupportive peers and superiors. There are many more cons but these are just a few.
