Management is actual told to keep you in the position you are in although they tell you how advancement and they ability to move into different positions is fairly easy with firm knowledge and performance. Most of the decisions at a supervisory level are made from personal standpoints and relationships and not professional
PwC gave me a lot of unforgettable moments in my life, global mobility program provided with opportunity to work with diverse team members, travel across the globe and expose international experience. The training and learning culture helps to stay on top of fast-changing environment
fair, equitable, room for advancement, assisted staff in meeting their highest skill set, open and transparent, prestigious firm to work for

flexible hours, decent perks, cool team mates, but they'll kick you to the curb when it suits them. Don't buy their bulls**t about caring about people. It's the little people that suffer when times get tough.
flexible hours, nice downtown office
they'll stab you in the back at the earliest opportunity
Typical sink or swim environment, fast paced, highly competitive & political. Depending on the team, work can be really fun. Firm is also very innovative therefore, there is always a new thing to learn.
A good place to build yourself through learnings
Highly political, long hours, favoritism
Responding to the need of the clients in a timely manner. Diversity in the workplace. Training and supervising new staffs. Excellent customer service.
Culture is very stressful and there is no work-life balance. There is no policy for over time pay, so basically you may end up working 60hours/week without any extra money. Travelling could be 100% and can last for more than a year. Management is not people friendly or empathetic, have seen many lay-offs without a cause and proper severance pay.
Great place to work with a brilliant team providing time flexibility and remote working opportunities. Excellent brand image and great stepping stone for your career or even a long term commitment.
If you're part of office support , forget about it. You will be viewed as a bottom feeder . There is no room for advancement , in fact they will try to keep you at your same level as much as you can. After many years of service, you will get a letter saying buh bye. In the mean time , Partners and managers are spending stupid amount of money on useless office improvements etc. My bad for not leaving when I had job offers ,thinking that this company valued my service.
