Management is actual told to keep you in the position you are in although they tell you how advancement and they ability to move into different positions is fairly easy with firm knowledge and performance. Most of the decisions at a supervisory level are made from personal standpoints and relationships and not professional
PwC is always changing, adapting and evolving with the latest trends. They treat their employees well with excellent benefits and fun ways to share and collaborate such as an activity room and an excellent coffee station.

No longer work there. They say there is work life balance but only for select people. They pay you the minimum amount even though you give 100%. Can’t say I recommend working for PwC
I have enjoyed working in a very friendly work environment the work culture is extremely good. I have learned to be a thorough professional working in this organisation.
A competitive environment that always challenge you. Management support is also not so bad. Career advancement is open for everyone. Fast paced and challenging.
Racist and competitive. Discriminated by a team leader because I was a single mum and Asian. Picked on continuously for trivial things.
Now manage over 40 people and supported despite being asian and single parent.
PWC employs anyone, bullying culture. Awful
Unlimited sick time, work from home and great volunteer options.
company 401k is the greatest, however, the firm provides a wealth builder account that they put in every check.
No day is the same. PwC is well diverse. It is a fast moving environment with the latest technology for making projects that take several hours to complete by use of “ bots” to just a few minutes. The firm prides itself by for our Healthy initiatives available to all.
Pros
Extended holidays
Cons

The best place to work in my experience. They had a wonderful pay scale and benefits. Human Resources was very helpful with work/family/life balance.

PwC is a challenging place to work, but is also a place where you can take advantage of opportunities provided to grow your career within the firm. Leadership is strong and supportive!
Pros
opportunities for growth, strong leadership, professional, benefits and pay
Cons
sometimes stressful
The worst place to work. Management is terrible, they pretend to be a safe environment but the opposite. Be carful if you are honest and hard working because that is not recognized at all. Very disappointing experience.
Good company with good benefits. Offers various positions Consult for several great companies globally. Gained good experience working there. Growing company.
PwC is in general a great place to work (although not everyone has a positive experience)
- Great brand name
- Fantastic modern office with great facilities
- Great location
- Great work/life/balance (not everyone experiences this)
- Flexible working including working from home
- Up-to-date technology
- Very social / fun place to work
- Great people and culture
- Excellent learning & development opportunities
- Opportunity to network and work with well-known clients
Pros
Social, Flexible working
Cons
Redundancies
The people you support are not your boss -- EA managers are. Favoritism all around. They ignore people until something wrong. Very little opportunity for any advancement. Reviews are like a competition - you aren't review for what you've done but on how you stack up to others in the region.
PwC perks are great time off for holiday/vacation, unlimited sick leave and decent benefits. Paying for health benefits is a lot of money especially for those with families.
Workload can be huge. Partners very nice. Lots of support from other staff. Flexible work arrangements. Lots of social events. They support and promote volunteering. Good wellness benefit.
Pros
Great people
Cons
Long hours - heavy workloads
I recommend anyone to apply and if offered to take a position here. I hope one day to work there again. There was the occasional "bad apple" employee or manager but that could be the same anywhere else. Free coffee and they are usually located in a convenient spot. The work was steadily paced and even when it was busy it was manageable.
Pros
Vision, Dental, Healthcare, Salary, Hours, Lunch Break
One of the best place to work for. Enjoyable and fun working at PWC. People are professional and considerate. Management is very considerate. Management gives two weeks paid time off at year end aside from the vacation that employee incur every year.
It is what it is. I was an Admin for Auditors. They ran a tight ship. The compensation was excellent, but as an Admin, you have no where to promote to.
During tax season, the admin staff was required to do the final step in processing tax returns. Admin overtime was always welcome. This job taught me time management. I had to learn to manage the workflow of the managers as well as admin staff.
