The firm pays well and provides a lot of training. There are many opportunities to earn recognition and bonuses. The leadership at the top can do no wrong though even when there are obvious toxins squatting in those roles. Upward mobility is a popularity contest.
Pros
Pay, time off
Cons
toxic leaders

As long as you’re OK working hard and paying your dues it’s a great company to work for. Experience outside the firm is not as valued as experience inside the firm – which can be frustrating for career advancement. If you get in with a good team it is a terrific place to work.

Great place to work. More contractors than employees. Will give alot of responsibilities and chances to learn new skills. Can only work in one department for a max of two years as a contractor unless hired as full time employee
Pros
Relaxed working environment
Cons
Little chance of being hired

Long hours and travel not rewarded by leaders, either in recognition or in pay. Great training, great culture, really strong leaders at the top. Hard to make a difference--performance review system is flawed.

Great place to start a career as the training and development provided is thorough, of excellent quality, and takes employees through each phase of the first five years with the firm.

Culture of the firm is indeed inclusive with regards to men/women, races, religions, Glbt, Military, and marital status.

Experienced Human Capital employees not valued as they should be.

Great place to work. Progressive working arrangements. AMAZING building in Tampa. Worked in Internal Firm Services and would gladly go back.
Pros
Remote Working Arrangements
