The Service Delivery Center (SDC) / Acceleration Center (AC) is not the same as working at PwC in Toronto. There is a clear difference as demonstrated by the title of "specialist" compared to "associate". The type of work performed here is very admin and will not provide you with the experience you expect. There will be no client interaction, you basically perform all the work the other offices do not want to do. The work culture is very toxic with managers giving you their work while they go and chat around the office. The team expects you to work long hours and 60 hours a week yet the pay doesn't reflect the work you do. The structure of this office does not provide many opportunities for growth. Promotion is based on favoritism and the culture is highly political. I only recommend you working here for the "PwC" name however if you want a real career this is not the place.

Long hours, poor management, no growth
Generally good. Threw new hires in the deep end because there was no time to provide training for a certain new project. That is my only complain. Need to improve their management because ineffective management tends to happen the bigger a company gets.
A typical day of boredom in an unchallenging position working with people who find the things you find easy to be difficult. Constantly doing the same thing over and over and over, while other people get credit for your work. Well atleast you get paid and have PWC on your resume.
-Very relaxed place to work for -Learn how to Audit and handle delivery services -Management is friendly -Co-works are friendly -Learning all the correct ways to do a correct audit must be the hardest part of the job -Very friendly, outgoing environment and very family oriented company is the most enjoyable part of my job
