I liked to make friends and worked as a team work wherever i went. It was amazing to work with the litle ones and understanding their psychology and getting down to their level.
The hardest part of the time was working when the co-workers did not communicate. buit life goes on.

The most enjoyable part was when I was treated equally with the co-workers and supported me as a team member.

ECE Relief Teacher (Current Employee) - Auckland
We, casual relievers, couldn't get any Wage Subsidy during the lockdown period through Randstad, which made our lives very hard. I asked them why Randstad was not entitled but they didn't explain the details, they just said "unfortunately we are not entitled for the Subsidy." Very unhappy for their way of treating us.
Pros
flexible
Cons
low wage
