Serco Careers and Employment

About us
Serco is one of the world’s largest providers of public services to governments, employing over 50,000 people in over 20 countries. The services we provide are often of critical importance to the communities and nations we serve.

Providing public services is one of the most satisfying and rewarding careers you can have. You have an ability to make
 – more... a positive difference to people’s lives and to the safety and security of your community and country.

Serco operates in six sectors of public service provision: Health, Transport, Justice, Immigration, Defence, and Citizens Services.

A key part of our corporate responsibility is our commitment to enabling the development, wellbeing and safety of our people. Our business thrives because of our talented and diverse workforce. We recognise, however, that we must continually challenge ourselves to ensure diversity and inclusion are embedded in our culture and ways of working.

Our culture is based on a set of four values - Trust, Care, Innovation, Pride - that shape our individual behaviours and hence the way the company behaves. They ensure we are all working from a commonly understood base that can be consistently applied across our organisation.
