Typical day at work is never knowing what you will face or encounter during work hours. I learnt to be vigilant and focus on my line of work at all times. Learnt how to stay calm and keep a cool head when dealing with clients. My workload is shared and manage accordingly with rules, regulations, policy and procedures with my work colleagues. The hardest part of the job is that you have to be consistent with your decision making and to be fair and firm when executing a task assigned to. You have to earn respect as you do in any other job. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing your clients and how you deal with them individually at stressful times and difficult situations.
