Each day is 3 hours of travel and 12 hours of work in a very remote area. The long-term staff are unfriendly to the new people. Safety is below the clients standard.
Pros
It’s a job in the mining industry, possible employment with the client company.
Cons
Travel time, culture on the mine site.

Created teams and employee relationships developed into independent units. Their rewards were more then good salaries, skill development beyond the norm, personal and social respect as growing professionals. We developed as the economy changed.
