Remodeling grocery stores, as many as four at a time. Three day schedules with inspections on the four. Work was challenging and always used problem solving skills. Created teams and employee relationships developed into independent units. Their rewards were more then good salaries, skill development beyond the norm, personal and social respect as growing professionals. We developed as the economy changed.
