When there is a busy day with sports there is no time for laziness and be on your feet all the time. You have to deal with a diverse range of people all the time, and make sure they are satisfied with the service provided because you want that client t come back and bring more people with them the next time of visit.
can be short or long hours depending on the occasion
company is ok, not too caring about their workers, especially if someone gets, sick, they don,t have a very good clock in clock out system it is always breaking down, wages aren't stable they , get messed up on occasions, If you work hard you might get some consideration.
no christmas functions, and $2 gift only at Christmas, no appreciation for long service.
I enjoy working with people that has different ethnicities. Meeting new people and getting to know them was fun. They were easy going and they had became my friends. I really want to work back there if I could be all of the positions are filled so I miss out on going back. They were like family

I thought it was the best thing ever been my first job. I would start work at 4am me and my supervisor we would sign in and then start 1- clean all countertops, tables 2- sweep all floors and mop floors 3- buff the floors Then sign off and go home get ready for school. After school go straight to work start at ,4.30 clean staff room toilets and office then go home The hardest part is the waking up at 3am
This company says its huge. Maybe too huge. There is not personal feeling to it and taking any time of is next to impossible. Ive worked after tooth extraction and during my daughters home birth due to this. There seems to be little support . The manager says she is always working day and night and im wondering if she is just too busy? . I enjoy working lone. Having not long worked for another company and i feel the differences. Cleaning is a job i am trying to get out from due to age and my future but will have to say i like working for this company .
Working with out a boss. Pleanty of time to do it.
no support, low wages.
We work in a busy outlet especially occasions like Sevens. Everyday is a learning environment when you get to work with different individuals on rosters and customer likewise. We are given the chance to learn with LCQ training and on-line simulation to earn certificates of our Host responsibility in serving alcohol. A very fun and supportive management team who always sees the welfare of its staff and initiate more learning. Part of working in a retail environment are customers who have this attitude especially when declined to be served with liquor. What makes me enjoy this work is that the people I interact with co-workers and customers, got to meet different faces and share our culture differences.
free meals especially long hours of work, convenient time tables
the fare i spent on my travel to the city

My everyday motto is to ' give it your all and let God do the rest.' I am currently a function co-ordinator. Take bookings for conferences and do invoicing and do payroll. Enjoyable job but looking for a evening or partime jobs. Available Weekends too. Need this to help my parents financially. Kind Regards
it was good at first but then things got personal and things started to become harder and favourtisim was the key the job looked hard but actually was the best place to work the hardest part was working with people who didnt want to turn up and co worker's were really unreliable at time's learning new thing's was my favourite thing
not much hour's
Problem solving and being proactive to ensure tasks and complaints from Clients were achieved by phone or email. Travel from Site to Site within the Central North Island delivering Cleaning products for Staff and recording Staff performance and inspection of Sites with Site Managers. (Quality Assessments) Ensuring both Client and Staff were happy. Learned Spotless Payroll system. Costings on new Contracts to grow the business. Support from Spotless Management was via phone or email due to the area Office located in Hamilton. Area Manager monthly visits to our Taupo Office for meetings. I considered all our staff as co-workers. Ensuring they were equip t with all the necessary tools/products to make their jobs easier/achievable. In return they performed well. Met some wonderful genuine people. Hardest part of the job was appealing to Management to better Staff environments, pay rates, hours, equipment and budget. Interaction with People from the floor up to Management.
Positive feed back from Clients and Staff.
Long hours and problem solving, keeping Staff and Clients happy
