Many people are great and will try to work, but much of the higher management is clearly downtrodden and too unmotivated by the struggles to perform as well as they could. In addition, favoritism is rampant and when not in place, depending largely on the position, it can be very easy to get in trouble for unusual things. The culture they promote is great, but it just doesn't go through.

The interview process consisted of series of questions some difficult and some common sense. Many consisted of how you would react to vile behavior from anyone in the work environment or on the telephone and you had to give a proper response. Must know how to type and have proper tone of voice.

It was totally a detailed back ground check. From previous employment I had, educational back ground, and personal back ground.
