The job in theory is good, its great that its not solely based on commission and there are some good perks to the job, but that is if you make it past your first week! If you do not hit targets you will be gone within 24hrs. High turn over of staff, hardly any training, high pressure and false motivation. If you get the job continue looking for other jobs as it is not secure (unless you have experience in sells). If you go on a road trip be prepared to work more hours then usual and you only get paid for 7hrs no matter how much over time you do (involuntarily). If the group does not hit the unrealistic targets of the day then you will have to stay a few hours unless targets are met during that time. You will also be working all around Auckland which is good and bad depending on travel time and expenses. it's not all bad though, but this is just the reality so be prepared and good luck! You will learn a lot about yourself in this job!

Such a valuable experience working with a close-knit team that is friendly and motivated, while gaining some helpful logistic skills on the way to sharpen my skill set. I find myself now a more confident and competent competitor. Thank you so much for having me, guys. All best wishes, Tam

Working with this company was great, they are all lovely kind people to work with and do take your words into account when you have problems with something you need to do or don't know what to do
