Customer Service/Admin Representative (Current Employee) –  Takanini but pref Manukau or Mangere5 April 2013
Typical day at work, always on the go making sure i have that motivation each day to keep me going. Every day is a new challenge and learning skills as we take on customers enquiries. The management is great always smiley. Co-workers always helpful and very warm welcoming. The hardest part of the job is when your trying to make customers understand the company poilcy, they refuse to listen so you try and work your way around it to build rapport as you communicate with the customer. The most enjoyable part of the job, is having completing tasks with a smile and getting along with co-workers.
Pros
participating and hosting second fridays.
Cons
taking long calls
