For us, retailing is all about people. We are passionate about building sustainable growth, fostering rewarding careers and helping New Zealanders flourish. We have 300 people who work in "group roles" at The Warehouse Group Support Office in Northcote. Their roles are interesting and varied due to the multi-brand nature of the roles, however, the TWG – more..."Ways of Working" provides a common framework & language that they can use across all brands they work with. For over 30 years our people, our customers, our communities and the environment have been at the heart of our business. Our Team Members know that when they work for The Warehouse Group they are making a difference in their local communities and New Zealand through our Community and Environment initiatives. We encourage all teams to be customer-led, store-focused and people-centered. However, retail is also a people intensive business and that means retail leadership must be focused on developing a highly engaged and motivated team or nothing will be achieved.
