It used to be a great company but now there is very low morale and high turnover. The senior leadership is profit -driven at the expense of employee well being. Pay is middling and rises do not keep up with the cost of living. Everyone has more work than they can manage but the company doesn't want to hire more people or incentivise them to stay. It is probably similar to any other big company that just views its people as units of revenue.

Great Company to be involved with

There is a great team of very talented people working for T + T and one is treated well and generously as part of the Company. They are responsible for and part of some amazing projects in NZ and overseas so one feels very proud to be part of all that.
